My longing for freedom has led me to over 2600 of the world’s 3978 provinces, to every country on earth and to the summit of the highest peak on each continent (thank heaven for good weather!). In my travels, I learned to respect the intelligence and ingenuity of people of all races and callings both past and present. Come see the world as I see it: as a peaceful place, full of nature and beauty. With the right spirit and intent, we can make our world a virtual Garden of Eden.

Trinidad, Woman With Stray Eye, 1993 - A woman sitting by the side of the road. Some might say that she is ugly because of her stray eye. But for me, her look is soft and classic, timeless. 
Indonesia, Bali, Dancer In The Dark, 2005 - Witnessing Balinese dance must be one of the highlights of any travelers experiences. The fluid grace of the beautiful women is truly incredible. Here, completely unprepared for taking photographs in this light, I sat my camera on a high ASA and braced the camera on top of a wall.
China, Inner Mongolia, Pasta, 1992 - I traveled to Inner Mongolia, north of the capital of Hohhot. There, I met a family and was invited to eat. The wife prepared a special pasta by hand. They said that although there is the one-child rule in China, they were allowed to have more than one, since it was necessary to have help on the farm. I have never definitively verified whether this was true or not.

Ambon, Back Of The Becak, 2007 - In Ambon and all over Indonesia and other parts of Asia, the becak (pronounced be-chak) is used as a means of transportation. It is a three wheel bicycle, driven from behind. In Indonesia's many cities, one can find countless becak drivers waiting for a fare. Tourists are likely to be asked to pay as much as a taxi.

Papua New Guinea, Stream On Way To Lake Kutubu, 1983 - This is a typical New Guinea stream: fresh, clean running water.
Slovenia, Obcina Hrpelje-Kozina, Bee In Flower, 2006 - It was not until the Spring of 2006 during my in-depth trip to Slovenia that I became fascinated with the small world all around us. Every time I wanted to take a photograph of a beautiful flower, I discovered that the little creatures of the world lived in a world far more beautiful than the most lavish mansions of man.
