This website illuminates my life and adventures. My longing for freedom has led me to over 2600 of the world’s 3978 provinces, to every country on earth and to the summit of the highest peak on each continent (thank heaven for good weather!). In my travels, I learned to respect the intelligence and ingenuity of people of all races and callings both past and present. Come see the world as I see it: as a peaceful place, full of nature and beauty. With the right spirit and intent, we can make our world a virtual Garden of Eden.

Tibet, Tibet Girls, 1995 - This photograph was taken in the same place as "Tibet Children." The children were more than willing to pose. It was undoubtedly very seldom, if ever, that Western people stopped at this place. We only did so because of a flat tire. Their clothing and the expression on their faces is evidence of the bitter cold.

PH, Bukidnon Province, Truck With People, 2008, IMG_1239 - The people of the Philippines are generally quite friendly. This scene shows two hallmarks of the Philippines: the Jeepney, which is a conversion of the Jeep, introduced in the second world war, and the willingness of the people to open themselves to others.
