This website illuminates my life and adventures. My longing for freedom has led me to over 2600 of the world’s 3978 provinces, to every country on earth and to the summit of the highest peak on each continent (thank heaven for good weather!). In my travels, I learned to respect the intelligence and ingenuity of people of all races and callings both past and present. Come see the world as I see it: as a peaceful place, full of nature and beauty. With the right spirit and intent, we can make our world a virtual Garden of Eden.

Lava Flow Emanates through Crust of Cooled Lava, 1993
USA, Hawaii Province (State) - Photo by man from Millbrae, California. Name Unknown.
As we were standing on the blackened lava, we heard cracking. Then small rivulets of lava began trickling out. Alarmed, I asked Nagar and Ken if it was dangerous. Nagar said, “No problem. We come out here all the time.”
Greenland, Constable Pynt, View From Plateau, 2006 - When we flew into Constable Pynt from Rekjavik, Iceland, I was surprised that it looked more like a desert than what I'd expected Greenland to be. In fact, this is an arid area, yet still, as the mountains across the channel show, covered in snow much of the time. The village of Illoqqqortoormiut (Scoresbysund) is reachable by an hour and a half away by speedboat.
