This website illuminates my life and adventures. My longing for freedom has led me to over 2450 of the world’s 3978 provinces, to every country on earth and to the summit of the highest peak on each continent (thank heaven for good weather!). In my travels, I learned to respect the intelligence and ingenuity of people of all races and callings both past and present. Come see the world as I see it: as a peaceful place, full of nature and beauty. With the right spirit and intent, we can make our world a virtual Garden of Eden.

UK, Falkland Island Dependencies, South Georgia, Land And Cloudscape, 2006 - South Georgia was described to me as one of the five most beautiful islands in the world. It is a spectacular place to visit. The island is picturesque, and the wildlife unparalleled.... This photo was taken from the Alexey Maryshev, the vessel I took to South Georgia. Standing on the deck with the cold Antarctic wind blowing, witnessing the spectacle of the sea and the sky filled my adventurous spirit with new vigor. What moments!....My father - who is normally against my travels - overheard me saying I was going to South Georgia. "Where are you going?" he said. "South Georgia." I guess he figured that was next to South Louisiana.... close enough to home, and he just nodded. But I was speaking of the South Georgia in the far south of the world, near Antarctica. You have to see it to believe it. This is one place you should try to get to in your lifetime.
